The SHTI Creator Program allows students and alumni of Steps Healthcare Training Institute to share their learning journey while inspiring future healthcare professionals.
Through social media storytelling, creators document their experiences studying healthcare, developing professional communication skills while maintaining healthcare ethics and privacy standards.
How the Program Works
1. Apply to Join
Submit your application to become an SHTI Creator.
2. Sign the Creator Agreement
Review and agree to the program participation guidelines.
3. Receive Your Referral Code
Approved creators receive a unique referral code.
4. Share Your Journey
Create and post content about your learning experience at SHTI.
Creator Participation Agreement
All participants in the SHTI Creator Program are required to review and agree to the Student Creator Participation Agreement.

Creators must follow these standards when sharing their experience online.
Referral Codes
Approved creators receive a unique referral code used to track prospective students who discover SHTI through creator content.
Referral codes help the institute measure the impact of the creator program.
Creators will receive their referral code after their application and agreement are approved.
