    Steps Healthcare Training Institute held its very first graduation ceremony on

    25 May 2025, celebrating the pioneers of CNA and Caregiver students who completed their programme and are now ready to serve.

    The event was a proud and emotional milestone for students, families, instructors, and the entire Steps team. Graduates received their certificates and shared words of gratitude for the training that changed the course of their careers.

    FOREIGN AFFAIRS MEETING

    Steps Healthcare Training Institute hosted delegates from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Diaspora Affairs Kenya at our Kahawa Sukari campus for a strategic stakeholder meeting.

    The discussions focused on a potential partnership to strengthen the pipeline of internationally-recognised healthcare skills from Kenya — enabling our graduates to access opportunities across the global healthcare sector.

    This meeting represents a significant step in SHTI's vision of training Kenyan healthcare professionals to a standard that opens doors anywhere in the world.

    TVET CDACC STAKEHOLDERS MEETING

    The meeting was all about sensitization and updates on the modularized curriculum for all, TVET regulated courses in both Government and private institutions to include TVCs, TTCs, VTTIs, MTCs, and Universities offering TVET courses.

    Diaspora KE MEETING

    Ms. Irene Karari (Pictured) the Director of Skills and Expertise Division at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Diaspora Affairs engaged with our Directors Mrs. Emily Kariuki and Mr. Walter Nyandiba in a meeting to explore how the Kenyan Diaspora in the healthcare industry can improve the sector through skills, expertise and knowledge transfer.
